Two ways to work with us
Full structural drawings. For larger additions and new outdoor structures, we produce a complete sealed structural set that goes into the permit package alongside the architect’s or designer’s drawings.
Structural redlines. For most decks, porches and additions, we review your builder’s or designer’s drawings, mark up the structural changes, and seal the final set once the markups are incorporated. This keeps your fee down and keeps one set of drawings on the job.

Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Washington and Westmoreland Counties, including Wexford, Cranberry Township, the North Hills, the South Hills, Sewickley, Fox Chapel and the City of Pittsburgh. We also handle remote reviews for builders in other states where we are licensed.
