Senior Structural Engineer, PE

8+ years of experience

Role Overview
Lead structural design and project delivery for complex building projects, working directly with clients and project teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship within the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee structural design and analysis for building projects

  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior staff

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants

  • Prepare and review calculations, construction documents, and reports

  • Perform site visits and support construction administration

  • Support quality control and internal design standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • 8+ years of building structural engineering experience

  • Strong proficiency with Revit and structural analysis tools

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Structural Engineer, PE

4-8 years of experience

Role Overview
Support structural design and project execution across a range of building types, with increasing responsibility for coordination and construction-phase involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural design and analysis for building projects

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams

  • Prepare calculations, drawings, and construction documents

  • Participate in site visits and construction administration

  • Mentor junior engineers as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency with Revit and design codes

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Structural Engineer, EIT

0-3 years of experience

Role Overview
Support structural design, analysis, and modeling under the guidance of senior engineers, with exposure to a wide range of project types and delivery phases.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with structural calculations and design tasks

  • Support drawing production and Revit modeling

  • Participate in field observations and existing building evaluations

  • Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering

  • EIT or FE certification

  • Familiarity with Revit and structural analysis software

  • Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
