DESCRIPTION: Ten60 Bolivar is a seven-story, 178-unit mixed-use apartment building featuring amenity spaces, ground-floor retail, and lower-level parking. The project integrates adaptive reuse through the restoration of an existing three-story parking garage, which serves as the structural podium for four new stories of residential construction above. The podium levels include outdoor amenity spaces, a rooftop pool and dog park.
