DESCRIPTION: The Bridge on Forbes is a ten-story, 295,000 SF student apartment building with eight residential floors above two levels of parking and ground-floor retail along Forbes Avenue. The third floor includes open amenity spaces and two public courtyards. The structure utilizes precast hollow-core planks supported by flush-framed composite concrete-steel Deltabeams, forming a slim floor system with integrated fireproofing.
