DESCRIPTION: The Park at Southside Works is an eight-story, 246-unit mixed-use apartment building with integrated amenity spaces and a lower-level parking structure. A third-floor two-way concrete slab serves as the structural podium supporting four levels of wood-framed construction above. The development features a rooftop pool at the podium level and provides views of the city skyline, surrounding hills, and the river.
