DESCRIPTION: Brewer’s Block is a multi-building, mixed-use apartment community featuring residential units, amenity spaces, ground-floor retail, and lower-level parking. The development consists of two new construction buildings along with the restoration and renovation of an existing historic structure. The scope also includes the addition of a rooftop pool constructed atop the existing concrete-encased steel-framed building.
