DESCRIPTION: The Shoppes at Wedgewood is a new one-story, steel-framed retail development featuring 18 tenant spaces. The building utilizes cold-formed steel backup walls with brick and EIFS finishes, creating a durable and visually appealing exterior. Tall parapets and expansive storefront openings provide a strong street presence and enhance tenant visibility. 

Rise Structural Group provided the structural design for the cold-formed steel backup walls and parapets, as well as the gravity and moment connections for the primary structural steel frame.
