The facility features a large breakroom, covered outdoor patio, golf simulator, fitness room, and an enclosed parking garage. Architecturally distinctive elements include brick veneer façades, expansive storefront and curtainwall glazing, and low canopy roof “eyebrow” elements that accent the exterior elevations.
